Several Rappahannock County 4H’ers won honors at the 1990 District 4-H Contest held on April 21 at the 4-H Center in Front Royal.
Liz Oliver placed first in the senior division of Fashion Revue. She modeled a purple wool suit that she had constructed.
Liz also placed first in the Beef Ambassador presentation contest. She will receive a scholarship to the State 4-H Congress in June when she will participate in the state competition.
Gregory Williams placed second in the senior division of the Tractor Driving Contest and received a half scholarship tothe State 4-H Congress.
