There’s a new face at the 4-H Center.

The Northern Virginia 4-H Educational Center, together with Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University, announces the appointment of Karen K. Bowling as the 4H Center’s director of development.

The director of development for the 4-H Center is responsible for major gifts; the annual ftind; and corporation, foundation, local government, individual and in-kind ftindraising.

The 4-H Center sucessfully completed the “Complete the Dream” $3.6 million campaign during 1991.

An additional $1.3 million is sought to eradicate the $5.2 million construction cost of the 4-H Center’s Conference Complex. Camperships, particularly for the YES (Youth Experiencing Success) Program, along with the establishment of an annuid fund program and an endowment for
