March 23, 1992, at 12:30 p.m., the following real estate with improvements thereon, Tax Map Identification No. IB2-5 as follows:

All that certain lot or parcel of land lying and being situate in Wakefield Magisterial District, Ftypahannock County, Virginia,

rated lot 5 containing designs _ _ 1.5256 acre,more or less, of the J. New bill Miller Division, as shown on plat of survey by James G. Butler, Jr. & Associates, ... - P.C., dated December 31,1988, recertified August 25, 1989, and recorded in Deed Book 172, page 742, in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County, Virginia.
