WUder said last week that he would like to delay the first election of school boards untfi 1995. , The General Assembly passed legislation this session calling for local referendums on the issue of elected school boards in November. Under the btfl passed by the Assembly, a county or city could elect its school boards in 1994 if the referendum passes.
