First apple festival

The Sperryville Volunteer Fire Department and Auxiliary will be holding their first fireman’s Apple Festival on Saturday, Oct. 9 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on the carnival grounds. There will be fun for the entire family including a quilt Contest, a pumpkin pie contest, antique car show, crafts and lots of good food.
