Taste of Rappahannock”, the first annual Headwaters fund raiser took plhce on Saturday evening, Sdpt. 18 and was a sell out occasion. Master of Ceremonies, Bob Ryan, took “modest credit” for the perfect ddy and radiant sunset after week long worries about Hurricane Floyd. i Many of the attendees had never been inside the Old Washington School House where the event was held and were not familiar with the work of Headwaters, the Rappahannock County Public Education Foundations, so the evening was an educational as well as a financial success.

events to produce an authentic “Thste of Rappahannock” for the many guests from the D.C. Wjea and surrounding counties.
