“We have chosen to put our 55 acres in a ‘Conservation Easement’, sponsored by the Rappahannock League of Environmental Protection. This means that it can never be developed, even after it passes to someone else,” stated Col. Parsons.
Their lives afford them more time now for their true joys, their family and their writing. Col. and Mrs. Parson have two children, Gail and Ronald, and three grandchildren.
