Jami Gillis

Home: Scrabble Accomplishments: Jami is a Senior at Rappahannock County High School. Her activities at the school include the Public Speaking and Debate team, and the National Honor Society. She also serves as editor of Rapport, the school's newspaper. Last year, Jami served as RCHS Student Representative to the County School Board. Her term expired in June. Outside of school, Jami is involved in 4-H and serves as a mentor in the Starfish Mentoring Program.

Homeschooling families will be meeting at the Rappahannock Park pavilion on Friday, Oct. 8 at 2 p.m. to share curriculum ideas and to organize field trips and group opportunities for this school year. Bring your suggestions and exerting materials to display to help guide new home-schooling families who have questions.
