FunPral services were conducted Oct. 4 at Jones Funeral Home in Winchester by the Rev. J. Floyd Wine. Burial was in Mt. Olive Cemetery at Hayfield.
Mr. Jenkins was born May 2, 1910 in Rappahannock County. His parents were the late Willis E. and Ada Frazier Jenkins.
He had retired from Perry Engineering.
Surviving are his wife, Donilee Miller Jenkins of Winchester; three grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers were Donnie Mathews, Matt Mathews, Gilbert Stickel, Danny Settle, Fulton Ferrell and Jimmy W. Jenkins.

James Gilmore Cook, 75, of Front Royal died Oct. 2 at Winchester Medical Center.
He was born May 5, 1924.
Survivors include one son, Darnell E. ;Cook of Front Royal; a daughter, Zelda Cook of Manassas; one sister, Maude Cropp of Remington and six brothers, Eugene H. Cook of Rixeyville, Arthur Cook of Hume, Alfred Cook of Amissville, Henry Cook of Manassas, Calvin Cook and George S. Cook, both of Flint Hill.
Funeral services will be held Thursday, Oct. 7 at 12 at
