Having just read the Rappahannock
News article on “Depression,” I realize that I did not mention “full-spectrum” lighting as an aid for Seasonal Affective Disorder (Winter depression/”blues”). Several of my clients have reported very good results with this type of illumination. I would suggest reading or watching television under it.
