a regulation track?... Our hurdlers have to practice at other high schools, because we do not have a safe surface for practicing the sport?..Our discus throwers can’t practice adequately for competition, because their practice area is too small and points in the direction of the soccer field where other athletes practice at the same time ( a danger to say the least)?..Our track team must arrive at meets early to become familiar with the lanes on a regulation track, because they don’t have a hard surfaced, marked track for practicing?
