Whirl salsa and garlic in blender until smooth. Gook over moderately high heat about five minutes until slightly thickened. Add cumin, chili powder, oregano. Keep warm. Brush skillet with oil, fry tortillas lightly on both sides. Cover with foil to keep warm. In skillet, fry eggs, on one side until white is opatpie and yolk begins to congeal. Arrange tortillas on a large platter. Place an egg on each tortilla. Cover eggs with sauce. Sprinkle cheese over eggs and place under very hot boiler until cheese melts. Top with sour cream and serve immediately.
