Quite a large delegation jof family members gathered jat the home of Mr. John Weaver, the old Weaver home place, for a party on Saturday afternoon. | Word has been received here of the passing of Melvin “Pete” Jenkins ■which occurred at [Winchester Memorial [Hospital on Friday. | He was the last surviving member of his family; children of the late Willis and Ada Frazier Jenkins of ^Rappahannock County; [being a nephew of the late Ray Frazier Sr. here in ■Boston. Our condolences [are extended to his wife and other relatives.
Mrs. Virginia Jenkins Hoffman, a former native, left Friday to make her home with her son, Harvey Wayne Jenkins and his family in San Antonio, Texas.
Sympathy is extended to Mr. Brion Patterson, upon the passing of his father which occurred last Tuesday evening.
