Mary Ann Berry, 71, of Madison died on Thursday, April 13 in Charlottesville.
She was bom on Dec. 24, 1928 in Syria and was the daughter of the late Charles E. Dyer and Elizabeth Nicholson Dyer.
She is survived by her husband, Ashby T. Berry of Madison; two sons, Steve Berry of Amissville and Robert Berry of Madison; two brothers, Daniel Dyer of Luray and Ralph Dyer of Radiant; five sisters, Ila Weaver of Radiant, Della White and Bertha Coffee, both of Orange, Nellie Garrison of Barboursville and Margaret Dyer of Standardsville; three grandchildren and a greatgrandchild.
Funeral services were conducted on Sunday, April 16 at Preddy Funeral Home in Madison with interment in Etlan Cemetery. The Rev. Stanley Border officiated.
