Mrs. Rowe was bom Dec. 10, 1917 in Front Royal, daughter of Jesse and Ethel Constance Baggarly Greenwalt. She was a member of the Front Royal United Methodist Church.

She was married to the late Benjamin F. Rowe Sr.

Survivors include a daughter, Barbara Rowe Shetley and her husband, Kenneth of Amissville; two sons, Benjamin Rowe Jr. and his wife, Patricia and Ronald Rowe and his wife, Jackie, all of Front Royal; five grandchildren; four great-grandchildren and two step-grandsons.

She was predeceased by one grandson and one greatgranddaughter.

Pallbearers were grandsons and step-grandsons.

Maddox Funeral Home in Front Royal was in charge of the arrangements.
