Billy Welch celebrated his 21st birthday, April 16.
To celebrate Billy’s 21 birthday, a surprise party was arranged by Ms. Morgen Dailey. The cake was provided by Billy’s mother. The surprise party was held at Ruby Tuesdays in Winchester.
Those attending were Mr. and Mrs. Bill Welch and Elizabeth, Mr. and Mrs. Gene Dailey, and friends from Lord Fairfax Community College who were Ms.' Morgen Dailey, Nate Rappole, Chris Gauge, Jason Dorsey, Mike Murphy, Ms. Kim Riordan, Ms. Karen Welch, Ben Melister, Ms. Robin Hoelen, Mat, Ben, Caleb, and of course the birthday person himself, Billy Welch. Happy birthday Billy!
Elizabeth Welch had a softball game in Culpeper on Saturday, April 15. Her dad, Bill Welch, of course was there to cheer her along. >
