The Rappahannock-Rapidan Community Services Board, a human services organization, will receive sealed proposals for the purpose of contracting with one contractor to provide Voluntary Pre-Tax Employee Benefit/s services. Request for Proposal packages are available at the Procurement Office, P.O. Box 1568, Culpeper, Virginia 22701, telephone number 540-825-3100, Extension 3143. The Request for Proposal must be returned by Thursday, May 11, 2000, 4:30 P.M. The Board reserves the right to cancel this Request for Proposal or reject proposals at any time prior to an award, to waive any or all formalities or technicalities, and to accept the proposal deemed to be most advantageous to the Board.
