of $5,250 for the balance of the storage container/fireworks storage facility, but Town attorney John Bennett informed the Mayor that consideration was permissible since the issue had been placed on the agenda. The Ibwn Council' then moved and agreed to allocate the funds for the storage container and related work from the water funds.
Mr. Critzer also presented a report prepared by Greeley and Hansen Engineers that provided options for the construction and site work for the new Ibwn reservoir. The three options presented were for 200,000 gallon reservoirs of differing diameters and heights, and for the site work associated with each configuration. The Council consensus qfpearedoto be for* reservoir 34 feet ip diameter and 34 feet in height, and that would cost and estimated $291,000 to construct and install.
Treasurer's report
In the absence of Treasurer Elaine Viguerie, Mayor Willis reported on the Town’s finances, noting consolidated assets of $594,224.19, up some $37,000 from that reported in February, and Water Works current assets of $8,245.18 through the end of the February period.
Other activities
’: * Mayor Wilis reported that the Tbwn budget for FY 2001-2002 will be developed next month, and any input should be directed to Kaye Kohler.
• Bill Tieckelmann and Smiggy Smith initiated work on improving the sound system by reinstalling some existing equipment for the March meeting. Shortcomings in this equipment will apparently be evaluated and improved upon.
• The new time capsule plaque was received and is on display in the Ibwn Hall until its installation.
• The Town Council approved the expenditure of $1104 for health insurance for the Tbwn maintenance ,*». 'v V • h
