We attended the
International Baccalaureate (IB) presentation at the high school on Friday, March 16. The principal and two IB teachers from Clarke County High School explained the program which they have had in place for five years.
The IB Program, which is primarily geared to juniors and seniors offers students a chance to complete rigorous academic work in math, science, social studies, languages and the arts.
Critical thinking, theory and analysis are emphasized. Students get a taste of college work and are also able to receive college credit
