Dance series to begin

SynergyDance and founding director Charmaine Lee are starting a new series of classes called Synergy Belly Dance on Wednesday evening, March 28 at 6 p.m. at the Washington Town Hall.

The classes begin with a 30-minute warm up which, like SynergyDance classes, includes inner exploration of the natural elements, deep, subtle movements that lead into stretching. The classes go on to explore the healing rhythms and universal energy patterns inherent in Middle Eastern dance, freeing the pelvis and exploring the feminine qualities in yourself and in nature.

The classes are 90 minutes each and the series includes four Wednesday classes through April 25 (there is no class on April 11). To sign up or for more information call SynergyDance at 987-8734, send e-mail to info@synergydance.com or check the web site at www.synergydance.com.
