How is Rappahannock County doing relative to CREP total-acres contracted versus the total farmland acreage in Fauquier, Culpeper and Madison counties?
According to the latest figures from 1997, all are under 1 percent but Rappahannock County beats all at .64 percent. There is $22 million sitting out there, waiting to be used. Why not expand on this good start before the money goes away?
