Essential functions indude performing skiled maintenance and repar work in building mantenarce, with a skill level to include journeyman level in any one of the following trades: Carpentry, painting, plumbing, electrical, or HVAC, and possess a working knowledge in at least two other areas. Work experience as a senior mantenance technician for a school system, commeroaUndustnal complex, or with a government entity will recede high consideration. Candidate must have a valid Virginia driver s license with an excelent driving record. Candidate reports directly to the Drector of Pubfc Works. Work involves the mantenance and minor repairs of five Town of Front Royal adminstratrve buildings, and repars to other Town property as necessary, excluding vehicles and equipment. Candidate must be able to lay out hisAier own work, select the proper tools and materials, and carry the assignment through to a timely completion. Candidate must be able to work independently without supervision and may be required to supervise other employees of a lower grade.

Compensation

$25,064 - $36,296 on an annual basis • $12.05/hour - $17.45/hour
