Antony feels the problems for residents attempting to return to the area are just as great as for those moving to the county for the first time.
“I like the single family idea,” he said, explaining that he understands zoning regulations exist in Rappahannock which restrict the construction of multi-family dwellings.
“I’m not trying to force the county into making more houses, I know they don’t want to increase the number of people that are here by a great number. But they need to do something to progress.
“If young people are trying to return they need to do something to encourage that instead of making them work for 50 years before they can move back into the county” he said.
