Ugal Notices BOARD OF SUPERVISORS RAPPAHANNOCK COUNTY, VIRGINIA PURSUANT to Section 170-129 of the Rappahannock County Code and Section 15.2-2204 of the 1950 Code of Virginia, as amended, notice is hereby given that the Board of Supervisors for Rappahjannock County, Virginia, will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, September 3, 2003 at 7:00 PM in the Courthouse in Washington, Virginia, in order to consider the following application: SE #03-08-01 Daniel B. Clark, Trustee, owner of 0.5201 acre in Wakefield District known as the old Foster's Packing Shed (Tax Map 13, Parcel 89, zoned A-Agricultural) desires a Special Exception permit for an adaptive use of an existing structure for multiple office space. Use allowed under Section 170-36H of the Rappahannock County Code: additional standards under Section 170-69B. A COPY of the foregoing application is on file at the Zoning Office in Washington, Virginia, and is available for public inspection, Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM.
