Rappahannock Cellars was recently recognized for several of its wines by The Vinifera Wine Growers Association at the 2003 Annual Virginia Wine Competition.
The highest scoring table wine award went to Rappahannock Cellars’ 2002 Viognier which was also named a Gold Medal Wine. Its 2002 Cabernet Franc and 2002 Chardonnay were named Silver Medal Wines while its 2002 Seyval Blanc received a Bronze Medal.
