There were 10 categories in this year’s Miss Rappahannock Pageant 2003 held at the Rappahannock County Elementary School as a fundraiser for the Sperryville Volunteer Rescue Squad.
This was the first year for the “ Friends “ category which seemed to be a big hit. There also is a “Sisters” and “Mother /Daughter “ category. The winners of this year’s Miss Rappahannock Pageant are:
