regarding the placement of speed devices on the weekends, feeling they had not accurately obtained data regarding individuals traveling to and from work.
The sheriff said he would ask VDOT to install the devices during the week.
Meanwhile, even though the Sid Worley appeal to build a new house in town was on the agenda, the mayor said it would not be taken up at this meeting because a lawsuit had been filed against the town by the Worleys.
The council delayed discussion pending evaluation of its findings in the case by an additional lawyer brought in to represent the town.
