We’d like to congratulate a young lady—known to many in the Sperrvville area where she grew up, before moving with her parents to JefTersonton—none other than Charde Ferguson, who graduated from the Culpeper High School in^June and enters LongwcxxL<^oUege this week. *
She was presented this year’s Frances Phillips Scholarship of $1,000 and she plans to earn a master’s degree in psychology.
