to the family of Charles A. Wood of Smith Heritage Lane who passed away in the University of Virginia Medical Center last Monday Mr. Wood was an army veteran and present commander of the Veterans of Foreign Wars, Post 2524.
Sympathy is extended to the family of the Rev. Percy Bane of Slate Mills who passed away Saturday at the University of Virginia Medical Center. He was also a veteran and retired from the ministry. His last pastorate was that of 13 years of service to the Etlan Free Methodist Church. Both he and Mr. Wood were laid to rest in Culpeper National Cemetery.
