Operations Manager
AmeriGas, the nation's largest propane gas provider is searching for a full time Operations Manager for its propane grill cylinder processing facility in Bealeton, VA. The ideal candidate will have supervisory experience in a production setting. A college degree is preferred, but not required. This position will manage 8 to 10 fun time employees and contract labor as needed to meet specified goals while responsibly managing resources. Key skills are discipline, leading by example, whatever it takes attitude, basic mechanical aptitude, computer literacy and the ability to motivate people to fulfill a common objective.
