cheese and raspberry vinaigrette prepared the palate for a most incredible treat afterward.
The entrees truly outshined the appetizers as cajun spiced salmon with mango beurre blanc sauce and grilled breast of duck with a cherry port reduction was served on a bed of seasoned rice, garnished with fresh steamed green beans.
Topping off this wonderful meal was chocolate decadence with raspberry sauce, topped with whipped cream and a strawberry.
To say this dining treat was pleasant is an understatement, noting that not only the cuisine, but the ambiance of Bleu Rock Inn is superb.
This newly renovated restaurant is truly a gem that sparkles in the shadow of Rappahannock’s finest dining establishments.
