While cost to individual residents was of major concern to several in the forum, council members agreed that was something that will take considerable research, depending on the wastewater system that is chosen.

Brad Snider of Washington posed the question to White of how long the process will take for construction and to go online.

White stated that construction will take approximately 8 to 12 months and the system would hopefully be online within 12 to 18 months total, once the process begins.

“I’m pleased with the outcome,” said Mitchell, “there were some very good questions asked tonight.”

All documents related to the wastewater treatment facility are available for public view at the Washington Tbwn Hall.
