The author of several published articles and bpok reviews, Noyalas has recently published his first book Plagued by War: Winchester, Virginia, During the Civil War.
Noyalas, like Sygielski, has a grand vision for the Center. “I want the Center to be a resource for the community to learn about the Civil War, to make it interesting and to also be a resource for educators to help them develop a clearer understanding of the Civil War and new and innovative ways to teach Civil War history.”
