Daffodils will also be available at Settles Store in Flint Hill and at the American Society’s Health Fair at the Rappahannock High School on Saturday, March. 19.

Many of our churches have declared Sunday, March 20 as “Daffodil Sunday, Day of Hope.”

According to local organizer Lois Kerchner, this year has been the highest amount of orders recorded for the county.

They will be delivered by a volunteer anonymously to cancer patients in the hospitals and nursing home.

Let’s bring the flower of hope, daffodil bouquets to cancer patients in Rappahannock County, by honoring someone special in our life, brightening their day, of someone that is touched by the disease and make our mission possible all in the same time.

These bouquets follow donors to share the gift of hope while helping to make a difference in the lives of the men, Women and children whose lives have been affected by cancer.
