In addition to learning about the technical details of how the surveyors will do their job locally in our rural county, they were told that for a large city, aerial photography would be used.
As a career exploration opportunity, the workers described their personal experiences of how they came to be surveyors and the variety of situations that warrant surveying work such as plane crash sites and laying electrical lines for utility companies.
