Jim Blubaugh is used to people waving and hollering when his Blue Truck for Blubaugh rolls into town. “People are excited that someone is finally listening to their concerns,” he said. “I’m going to drive that truck all the way to Richmond so the people around here can be heard.”
Blubaugh believes that rural issues have been ignored for too long by the State government in Richmond. Blubaugh is the Democratic candidate for Delegate for the 15th District, the seat being vacated by Alan Louderback.
