This group intends to serve as an ad hoc coordinating committee as a plan emerges for a countywide effort. They will meet again on Sept. 19 at 4:30 at Trinity Episcopal.
The Rappahannock News will publish weekly updates on Rappahannock’s relief efforts.
In the meantime, a public meeting is planned for this Friday, September 16 at 7:30 at the Rappahannock County Library. There will be sign up sheets available for people to commit to housing and/or other needs and brief reports from church and community efforts that have already started.
