Monty Cross claims that when the Virginia Department of Game and Inland Fisheries entered their home to search for their 3 miniature deer, they asked to see what they thought was a mountain lion, but really this Highland Linx house cat is what they found. Other than the cropped tail, the curved ears, and the extra toes that are normal features for the breed, the Highland Linx is the size and look of an average house cat.
