makes drug bust
On July 6, while searching for fugitive homicide suspect Ira Wayne Cloniger , Senior State Trooper Pilot Mike Clarke and Lt. Connie Smith of the Rappahnnock County Sheriff’s Office noticed what appeared to be marijuana growing behind a building in the vicinity of Washington, Virginia. Officers of the State police, including Sgt. Mailer of the Warrenton Division and State Special Agent Raymond Floyd, along with a Page County ATV unit, made contact with the property owner.
