Andrew Hippie was hired as the new Rappahannock County Elementary School assistant principal. He replaces Carol Johnson who was promoted to RCES Principal in June. Hippie, who lives in Culpeper County with his wife and three children taught agriculture for a year at Culpeper County High School. He holds a masters degree in Agricultural Education from Pennsylvania State University and a masters degree in Education Administration from California University of Pennsylvania.
