Legal Notices \ ‘ BOARD OF SUPERVISORS AND PLANNING COMMISSION RAPPAHANNOCK COUNTY, VIRGINIA PURSUANT to Sections 170-108.5, 170-108.6, 170-108.16 and 170-129 of the Rappahannock County Code, and Section 15.2-2204 of the 1950 Code of Virginia, as amended, notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission for Rappahannock County, Virginia, will hold a public hearing on WEDNESDAY, JULY 19, 2006 AT 7:30PM IN THE COURTHOUSE IN WASHINGTON, VIRGINIA, in order to consider the following applications: PWSFU 06-06-02 Application by Velocitel, Inc., for Cingular Wireless, to construct a 16-foot extension to the 79-foot existing monopole on property owned by Louise Fletcher King Eastham and others (Tax Map 22, Parcel 28, zoned A-Agricultural and C-Conservation, in the Mulky Mountain Agricultural and Forestal District, Jackson District) located at 98 Ben Venue Road, Washington. This application is for a Category 3 facility. The existing monopole was previously approved under PWSFU Permit 01-08-03 and is referred to as "Eastham Slope". PWSFU 06-06-03 Application by Velocitel, Inc., for Cingular Wireless, to construct a 17.5-foot extension to the 77.5-foot existing monopole on property owned by Eugene and Evangeline Nicholson (Tax Map 32, Parcel 7B, zoned A-Agricultural and C-Conservation, Jackson District) located at 14 Glory Mountain Lane, Amissville. This application is for a Category 3 facility. The existing monopole was previously approved under PWSFU Permit 01 -08-02 and is referred to as "Nicholson Slope". PWSFU 06-06-04 Application by Velocitel, Inc., for Cingular Wireless, to add antennas around the existing silo on property owned by Thomas B. and Aney M. Massie and others (Tax Map 20, Parcel 49, zoned AAgricultural, Hampton District) located at 13336A Lee Highway, Washington. This application is for a Category 2 facility. The existing silo was previously approved under PWSFU Permit 01-0804 and is referred to as "Rose Hill Silo". A copy of the foregoing applications are on file at the Zoning Office in Washington, Virginia, and are available for public inspection, Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm. The Planning Commission may adjourn and re-convene such public hearing from time to time. The Planning Commission will announce the time, place, and date for any such continued meeting at the public meeting where the adjournment occurs. The Board of Supervisors shall hold its hearing on these applications AT 7:00PM ON MONDAY, AUGUST 7, 2006 AT THE COURTHOUSE IN WASHINGTON, VIRGINIA unless the Planning Commission shall have failed to act, in which event their hearing(s) shall be continued until such time as the Commission shall have rendered their decision(s).
