cheer mini camp

Come join the RCHS Varsity cheerleaders as they teach the latest cheers, chants and dances for the 2006 season on October 24, 25, 26 at the Rappahannock County Elementary School gym from 68 p.m. Cost $25. Permission forms can be picked up at the elementary school and/or high school office.

DRIVES

7/18 — 2 p.m. to 7 p.m. Madison Community Drive, at Madison Rescue Squad Building. Your blood saves lives! Please mark your calendar and plan to donate. Remember to drink lots of fluids — water or juice are best — the day before, and the day of, the blood drive. Avoid caffeine, alcohol, and fatty foods. To give blood, you must be generally healthy, 17 years of age or more, and weigh at least 110 pounds.

CPR and First Aid - July 14, 7-9 p.m. and July 15, 9 a:m. to 4 p.m. at the Red Cross building, 146 N. Main St. in Culpeper. Pre-registration is required. CPR For the Professional Rescuer (CPR/PR) at the Red Cross building, 146 N. Main St. in Culpeper: Recertification class - July 25 at 9:30 a.m.; $45. Full course - July 27, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.; $90.
