TOWN OF WASHINGTON, VIRGINIA PURSUANT to Section 7-8 of the Town of Washington Zoning Ordinance and Section 15.2-2204 of the 1950 Code of Virginia, as amended, notice is hereby given that the Town Council of Washington. Virginia, will hold a bublic hearing on Wednesday, August 9. 2006 at 7:30pm in the Town Hall on Gay and Calvert Streets in Washington. Virginia, in order to consider the following application:
TW SUB #06-06-01 Gary R. Schwartz, Michelle J. Schwartz, and Piedmont Partners, LLC, wish to adjust the boundaries between two properties owned by them (Tax Map 20A-1, Parcels 41 and 42. zoned VM and RR respectively). Boundary adjustment will result m parcels remaining below the minimum lot size, therefore requiring review and approval.
A COPY of the foregoing application is on file at the Zoning Office in Washington, Virginia, and is available for public inspection Monday through Friday. 8:30am to 4:30pm.
