Church welcomes Reverend Hoddinott

During the sabbatical of The Reverend Jennings W. Hobson, III, Rector of Trinity Episcopal Church, two priests were called to serve as Celebrants. The Reverend Nigel Mollink of Johannesburg, South Africa, departed on June 20 having served since April 23. He shared the services on Sunday, June 18, with The Reverend Rosalie Hoddinott, who recently arrived from New Zealand. Reverend Hoddinott will be the Celebrant at Trinity through mid-August. Hope Hill Baptist Church

Hope Hill Baptist Church in Castleton will be having their Vacation Bible School from July 10-14. This year’s theme is “Be All You Can Be,” and will run from 7-9 p.m. each evening for children PrePC through 6th grade. There will be games, singing refreshments, awards and lots of fun as part of the program. There will be special activities for the teens every, afternoon from 2:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. and a special awards night on Friday, July 14. For more information call (540) 8294924.
