The building located at 311 Gay St. in the Town of Washington is for sale, according to Peter Kramer, the property’s owner. Kramer chose not to disclose who has expressed interest in purchasing it, but did say he has no plans to move his woodworking shop Talk of the Town, which is on the building’s first floor.
The 10,800-square-foot structure at the intersection of Gay and Jett streets also houses Rappahannock Real Estate Resources, Rush River Antiques and county meeting rooms. According to the most recent assessment, the property is valued at more than $650,000.
