Bring your children
“Decorate a Gingerbread Cookie” will be held during the luncheon. The cookies will cost $1.50 and all decorations will be provided. This is a fun and a very special treat for the children and, last but not least, this year they are offering fully decorated homemade Gingerbread Cookies for $3 each. What a bargain! Join them on Sunday, December 3, between 12:30 p.m. and 2:30 p.m. at the Washington Baptist Church Fellowship Hall for the luncheon or drawing or child activities; or, just stop and enjoy the Community Fellowship and Christmas celebration.

I gave dear old Santa Claus a call at the North Pole.
He was busy making his plans to visit Little Washington on Dec. 3.

Remember that Hearthstone School on U.S. 211, two miles west of Sperryville, will be selling beautiful, freshcut Norway Spruce trees till Dec. 24th. The trees are donated by Moosehill farm. You have all sizes to choose from. All proceeds ($40 per tree) benefit Hearthstone School. For more information call 987-9212.

They have a beautiful selection of wreaths, centerpieces, mantle piece decorations, and a newlyadded kissing ball.
