“The Best Christmas Pageant Ever!” is a delightful comedy with a touching twist: the story revolves around a family of six incorrigible children (“the meanest and toughest kids in town”) who decide they want to participate in the local church’s Christmas pageant.
It is based on a book by Barbara Robinson, which later became a classic TV program.

For Rappahannock County’s little theatre, this is a major production. Although not the proverbial “cast of thousands,” 40 actors (mostly children from 4 to 13 years old) were auditioned and trained for this play.
