Rush River has been in the building for more than eight years. Manzo said he and fellow owners Florence Phillips and Fawn Evenson are not actively seeking another retail space.

Oasis CD staying

The building housing Oasis CD Manufacturing has been on the market for a month, but Oasis president and founder Micah Solomon said the company is staying put.

“Oasis is not going anywhere,” said Solomon, who owns the property with his wife and is selling it through their company Rural Property LLC.

Solomon said Rappahannock is a key part of the Oasis identity and they want to stay in the county.

“We’ve always been blessed with amazing employees from the local population,” he said.
