“They had no idea that I have an historic property,” Clifford said. His property _ includes a 1783 farmhouse and the grave of a Revolutionary War soldier.
“I haven’t seen anything here that explains the necessity,” Clifford said. “And I haven’t seen anything on the adverse effect on property values within sight of the project.”
