Pursuant to Section 170-129 of the Rappahannock County Code and Section 15.2-2204 of the 1950 Code of Virginia, as amended, notice is hereby given that the Board of Supervisors for Rappahannock County, Virginia, will hold a public hearing on Monday, December 4, 2006 at 7:00PM in the Courthouse in Washington, Virginia, in order to consider the following application:
SE 06-09-01 Michael L. Brown, Jr., dba B & S Site Development, Inc., owner of 25.0 acres located at 275 Seven Ponds Road In Amissville (Tax Map 32, Parcel 24, zoned A'-Agrlcultural, Jackson District), desires a Special Exception permit to operate a contractor's offlce/shop/yard. Use allowed pursuant to Code Section 170-36E of the Rappahannock County Code.
A copy pf the foregoing application is on file at the Zoning Office in Washington, Virginia, and is available for public inspection, Monday through Friday, 8:30AM to 4:30PM. Said application was presented to the Rappahannock County Planning Commission at their regular meeting on Wednesday, October 18, 2006. The above-named applicant, adjacent property owners, and any other parties desiring to be heard should be present at said meeting or should address their written comments to the Board of Supervisors, c/o P.O.
